Educational Background
I have a J.D. Degree from Santa Clara University School of Law where I graduated in the top of my class. I have Bachelors’ Degrees in Sociology and Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara where I graduated Cum Laude and was a member of the Dean’s List.
WORK EXPERIENCE
I have been a lawyer since 1988. I am a former Deputy District Attorney and have experience working at the California Supreme Court. I have big firm experience including working at Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro and Wilson, Sonsini. I have been in private practice doing Criminal Defense since 1997. I have years of experience both negotiating cases and doing jury trials and other courtroom work. I am a member of the California, New York and DC bars.
I am extremely tenacious and take my responsibility to my clients very seriously. I have an excellent success rate in getting great outcomes on my cases.
